BetPRK Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules

Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

• "BetPRK", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the BetPRK platform, operating at betprk.bet and providing all betting, casino and gaming services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with or uses any part of the BetPRK platform.
• "Account" — the registered player account on BetPRK through which all transactions and betting activity occur.
• "Balance" — the total PKR funds held in your BetPRK account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bet" — any wager placed on the BetPRK sportsbook, live betting board or games platform, accepted and confirmed by BetPRK.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets or other incentives credited to your BetPRK account subject to separate terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal from BetPRK.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used across all BetPRK transactions.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets and features available on the BetPRK platform at any given time.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options available in every BetPRK account.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

BetPRK is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit, place a bet or use any BetPRK service under any circumstances. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through account verification processes.

2.1 Age Verification

When you register a BetPRK account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. BetPRK reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or if there is any reason to believe a player may be underage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification.

If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made may be returned at BetPRK's discretion after investigation.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

BetPRK's services are directed at Pakistani players. By accessing BetPRK, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location and jurisdiction in which using online betting services is not prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify their own legal eligibility to participate before using BetPRK.

Account Registration

To use BetPRK's full range of services — including placing bets, accessing the live casino, playing Aviator or making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one BetPRK account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where BetPRK identifies duplicate accounts, all related accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your BetPRK account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPRK login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BetPRK will never ask you for your password through email, SMS or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BetPRK support immediately. BetPRK accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

BetPRK may require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. Verification documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BetPRK are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetPRK does not apply currency conversion fees. All amounts shown in the BetPRK platform, including your balance, stakes and winnings, are in PKR.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BetPRK currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet — instant deposit)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet — instant deposit)
• NayaPay (digital wallet — instant deposit)
• SadaPay (digital wallet — instant deposit)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (1–24 hours depending on bank)
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card (subject to card issuer approval)

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on BetPRK is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though BetPRK reserves the right to apply transaction limits where fraud prevention measures require it. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount from BetPRK is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. BetPRK aims to process Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of request. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–24 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days.

4.4 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited into your BetPRK account remain your property. BetPRK does not use player deposits for operational expenses. Player funds are held in a segregated manner and are not at risk in the event of any financial difficulty affecting BetPRK operations.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets, cricket bets and live in-play bets placed on BetPRK's sportsbook. Game-specific rules may also apply to certain markets and are displayed within each individual market.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet on BetPRK is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. In rare cases of technical errors or odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a system fault, BetPRK reserves the right to void a bet at the incorrectly displayed odds and re-offer it at the correct price, or to cancel the bet entirely and return the stake to your account.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by BetPRK, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections and stake carefully before confirming any bet. BetPRK's bet slip displays the potential return and implied odds clearly before confirmation.

5.3 Odds Changes

BetPRK updates odds in real time based on market movements and in-play events. If odds have changed between when you opened the bet slip and when you confirm, the new odds will be displayed. You can set your preference to accept any odds change, only better odds, or to be prompted for confirmation on any change — this setting is available in your BetPRK account preferences.

5.4 Void Bets

BetPRK will void a bet and return the stake in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; a technical fault resulted in incorrect odds being offered. In accumulator bets where one selection is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator recalculated at the remaining odds.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

BetPRK applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type, displayed within each market. Single bet maximum payouts and accumulator limits are set by BetPRK and may be adjusted without prior notice. Any bet placed that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at that maximum amount.

5.6 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting on BetPRK, the following additional rules apply: a match must reach its minimum required overs to be deemed complete for settlement purposes (per tournament regulations); weather-affected matches settled by Duckworth-Lewis method are settled on the official result; player-specific markets (top batsman, player of the match) are settled on officially confirmed results from the relevant cricket board.

Casino and Games Rules

The following terms apply to BetPRK's live casino, Aviator game, roulette, card games and virtual sports products.

6.1 Live Casino

Live casino games on BetPRK are streamed from certified studios using real physical equipment — cards, wheels and dice operated by trained dealers. The results of live casino games are determined by the physical outcomes observed on camera and are not generated by a random number generator (RNG). All live dealer studios used by BetPRK are independently certified and audited.

6.2 Technical Failures During Live Games

In the event of a live stream disconnection or technical failure during a casino round, BetPRK will settle the bet based on the actual game result once confirmed from studio records. If a result cannot be reliably confirmed due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. BetPRK accepts no liability for player losses caused by a player's own device or internet connection failure.

6.3 Aviator and Crash Games

Aviator and similar crash-format games on BetPRK use a certified, provably fair algorithm to determine the multiplier value of each round. Players must manually cash out before the crash point — bets not cashed out before the crash are lost. Auto-cashout settings are available but BetPRK does not guarantee auto-cashout will execute at exactly the set value in all network conditions.

6.4 Virtual Sports

Virtual sports results on BetPRK are generated by a certified RNG system. Virtual sports are not based on real-world events and are not influenced by player activity or bet volumes. Results are determined independently of how many players are active or what they have bet on.

Bonuses and Promotions

BetPRK offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New BetPRK players are eligible for a first-deposit welcome bonus. The bonus is credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit. The standard offer is a 100% match on your first deposit up to a specified maximum in PKR. Minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is Rs 300.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds on BetPRK are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Qualifying bets are those placed on any BetPRK product at odds of 1.50 or greater for sports bets, or at real-money stakes on any live casino or game product.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

Each player may claim the welcome bonus once. Creating additional accounts to claim the bonus more than once is prohibited and constitutes abuse of the promotion. BetPRK reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds where promotional abuse is identified.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered through within 30 days of being credited to a BetPRK account will expire and be removed from the balance. The expiry date for each active bonus is displayed in your BetPRK account bonus section.

7.5 Withdrawing with Active Bonus Funds

If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds are active in your BetPRK account and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus funds will be forfeited and the withdrawal will proceed with your real-money balance only. You cannot partially withdraw only real-money funds while keeping active bonus funds if the two are below a 1:1 real-money to bonus ratio at the time of request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPRK. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

8.1 Match Fixing and Insider Betting

Placing bets on BetPRK using non-public inside information, or participating in any arrangement to fix, influence or manipulate the outcome of any event offered for betting, is strictly prohibited. BetPRK cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement bodies in the investigation of match-fixing related to bets placed on the platform.

8.2 Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; exploiting technical errors in BetPRK's systems to gain financial advantage; using automated betting software, bots or scripts without BetPRK's prior written consent; collusion between players to manipulate casino game outcomes.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage wagering" at low risk), or otherwise exploiting BetPRK's promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose are all grounds for bonus forfeiture and account closure.

8.4 Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorised payment chargeback against a deposit made to BetPRK while retaining winnings generated from those funds is considered fraudulent. BetPRK will suspend any account subject to a chargeback and will pursue recovery of disputed funds through available legal channels where appropriate.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 BetPRK's Right to Suspend or Close

BetPRK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that: the player has violated these Terms and Conditions; the player has provided false registration information; the account is being used fraudulently or in connection with money laundering; the player is under 18 years of age; or it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their BetPRK account at any time by contacting support@betprk.bet. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9.3 Balance Following Closure for Breach

Where a BetPRK account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct — the account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, BetPRK reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds in the account, up to and including the full balance.

Responsible Gaming

BetPRK takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial or personal stress, BetPRK provides the following tools to help you take control — all available directly in your account settings without contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits have a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you when you have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Reality Checks: BetPRK can display a pop-up at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from BetPRK for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days). During a cool-off period your account is inactive but not permanently closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite exclusion from BetPRK. Takes effect immediately. Cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Privacy and Data

BetPRK collects, stores and processes your personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. The full details of how BetPRK handles your personal data are set out in the BetPRK Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

11.1 Data You Provide

When you register and use BetPRK, you provide personal data including your name, mobile number, CNIC details and payment method information. This data is used solely for the purposes of operating your BetPRK account, processing deposits and withdrawals, complying with anti-money-laundering obligations, and communicating with you about your account and our services.

11.2 Third Party Sharing

BetPRK does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. All third-party data processors used by BetPRK are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

11.3 Communications

By registering on BetPRK, you consent to receiving essential account communications by SMS or email — including account activity notifications, payment confirmations and security alerts. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

BetPRK provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain reliable, uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

12.1 Platform Availability

BetPRK accepts no liability for losses caused by platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to live streaming services beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to internet infrastructure failures, server outages, or third-party streaming service disruptions. Where a bet cannot be placed due to a technical failure, the player's stake will not be deducted and no bet will be registered.

12.2 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions on BetPRK are made by the player. BetPRK provides information, statistics and odds to inform those decisions but accepts no liability for the outcome of any bet or game session. The player acknowledges that all gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of any betting activity.

12.3 Third-Party Links and Content

Where BetPRK's platform displays odds or information relating to third-party events, BetPRK is not responsible for the accuracy of that third-party data beyond the reasonable standard of care applied by our odds management team. In the event of a factual error in sporting results data that leads to an incorrect settlement, BetPRK reserves the right to re-settle affected markets on the correct result.

Changes to These Terms

BetPRK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetPRK will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material updates, the revised terms may be published without prior notification.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of BetPRK's platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.

BetPRK encourages players to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these terms always supersedes all previous versions.
